The general advice for replacing worn rollers on pallet trucks is to change both rollers at the same time as worn rollers are reduced in diameter.
Mixing old and new rollers can cause the stability of the pallet truck to be affected on uneven surfaces and inclines which could result in a movement of goods, so we advise this with safety in mind.
