Raises, Transports, rotates, tilts and lowers fully loaded drums, ideal for draining.
Carries full weight of drum.
Easy to operate, two front wheels and one rear steerable caster.
Locking feature allows for locking in vertical position to avoid spilling or horizontal position for draining through a faucet.
When unlocked drum may be turned end-over-end to agitate contents or tipper and held manually at any angle.
Double fingertip operated locks secure the raised drum.
